SHIPPING POLICY

1. On-demand production

SLOW BASS® DIVISION items are primarily made or printed on demand by Printful or our other production partners.

Production takes place before shipping. The total time until you receive your order therefore includes both production time and transit time.

The delivery times applicable to your order are communicated before you confirm your purchase, based on the products and their destination.

2. Delivery destinations and charges

We deliver to the European Union countries available at checkout.

For standard delivery:

• €4.90 including VAT per order for purchases below €100 including VAT;

• Free delivery for purchases of €100 or more including VAT.

The free delivery threshold is calculated on the total value of the products after any discounts, excluding delivery charges.

Any destination restrictions and additional delivery options are shown before payment. The total delivery charges are displayed before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery times and separate parcels

Production and transit times may vary depending on the items, their availability and the delivery country.

An order may be shipped in several parcels, particularly when items come from different production facilities. You will not be charged any additional fees for these separate shipments beyond the delivery charges agreed to when you placed your order.

Unless a different period is expressly agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

If we become aware of a delay, we will inform you. Your rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery are set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4. Tracking your order

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the available tracking information. If your order is sent in separate shipments, you may receive several notifications.

Initial tracking information may take some time to appear while the carrier updates its system.

5. Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@slowbass-design.com. We will assess whether it can be corrected based on the progress of production and shipping.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address is incorrect or it was not collected, we will contact you to agree on the next steps. Any charges for reshipping will be communicated to you for your agreement in advance, without limiting your statutory rights.

6. Lost parcels or damaged items

If your parcel appears to be lost or your item arrives damaged, contact us at info@slowbass-design.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess visible damage.

SLOW BASS® DIVISION will follow up with the carrier and production partner.

If the loss is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement delivery free of charge, without limiting your statutory rights to terminate the contract and receive a refund where the applicable conditions are met.

Damaged or non-conforming items are handled free of charge under the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.
